Ayurveda Foundation:
The Science of Life
Understand the timeless principles of Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest systems of natural wellbeing. Learn the tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), discover your own constitution (prakriti), and build a daily routine, diet and lifestyle that keep you in balance.
📖 Course Overview
Ayurveda — ayus (life) + veda (knowledge) — is the science of life: a holistic system that treats the whole person, not just the symptom, and that prizes prevention as much as cure.
This foundation course introduces its core ideas: the tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) whose balance defines your health, how to recognise your own prakriti (constitution), the central role of agni (digestive fire), and the daily and seasonal routines (dinacharya, ritucharya) that keep you well.
Please note: this is an educational course rooted in classical texts (Charaka and Sushruta). It is not medical advice — always consult a qualified physician for diagnosis or treatment.
